Inquiry under the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry Act into the Sudden Death of Duncan Rowan MacLarty

On 10 August 2005, Duncan Rowan MacLarty (71) in the course of his self employment as a farmer at Crasky Farm, Duncanston died when he fell through a perspex roof light in the roof of a barn and struck the concrete floor three meters below. The cause of death was a major head injury which he sustained when he fell.
