Inquiry under the Fatal Accident and Inquiry Act into the Sudden Death of Jordan McLaughlin

This inquiry was held in terms of section 1(1)(a)(ii) of the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry Scotland Act 1976 into the circumstances of the death of Jordan McLaughlin, aged 18 years, who was pronounced dead on Thursday, 30th September 2004 from (a) Waterhouse Friderichsen Syndrome, and (b) Meningococcal Septicaemia. 2
